What a wonderful service you offer to pet parents. Our experience was handled with such humble dignity and respect. We can't say thank you enough.

Our Dog PawPaw was euthanized on Jan. 12, 2021. He was born on May 5, 2004 and was nearly 17 years old. He was a small orange chihuahua who was the best part of my life. While he was not buried here, he was buried at home, and I needed to put everything about how much I love him somewhere. I wish that I had put him in a cemetery so that I could keep coming to see him even after many years. So basically, I would love to thank you guys for doing this. It means so much to everyone who has suffered loss like this.

A simple thank you seems very inadequate for the comfort, care and respect shown to us by Heather and Steve Howell and the staff of Animal Care Crematory. We've had pets to die in the past but this was our first experience having to put a pet down and having her cremated. You seemed to know how hard it was for us and to you it didn't matter if it was a pet or a person the care shown was the same. When we changed our mind about the picture to be used on the obituary you changed it with no problem. When I couldn't get the pictures to post on the web page I sent them to you and you quickly sent a reply, "No problem, taken care of." The next day Steve called to tell us Eve's cremains were ready to be picked up. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see he had taken the time to carefully place her urn on a table with her blanket, a rose and a black toy dog the same color as Eve in a private room. The obituary page has been most comforting. We were able to share her obit on social media with our friends so they would know about the passing of our daughter. As of today there have been over 50 people that have posted condolences and/or lit a candle in memory of Eve. It helps ease our pain knowing others care and took the time to show it. We are fortunate to have the special service of Animal Care Crematory so close by home. Many of our friends have already said they want this for their pet when that time comes. Thank you Steve and Heather Howell for the care and compassion you showed toward us in our time of grief. It didn't go unnoticed and will never be forgotten. May God continue to bless you with the knowledge and ability of helping comfort others.

Words cannot even begin to express how grateful we were for all of your kindness during such a difficult time in out life when we had to say goodbye to our baby Simba!!!! Your staff went above and beyond to assist us with our needs and wishes!!!! We will forever be grateful to everyone!!!!

I can never thank you enough for this service. I can't believe the peace it has brought to me. Just seeing the lit candles for Honey have given me joy knowing that others care enough to at least do something so simple as click a button. Again, thank you for assisting me in my first step toward healing. I will be referring my friends who have family pets and may need your services.
