On Thursday , February 11th 2016 at 3pm with family and friends present at For Pet Sake Veterinary Hospital our beloved fur baby Simba passed away peacefully.  Simba was born December 22, 2003 and became a member of our family on February the 14th 2004.  Simba was a Rottweiler/ Lab mix and we adopted him from the Rottweiler Rescue in WIlson, NC.  Simba was loved so much and touched so many lives in the 13 years he was with us.  Simba filled our home with so much love, joy and happiness and will forever be in our hearts!!! Simba is now running, playing and jumping with all the other fur babies that were our family, Jake, Roxy, Lucky, Trumen and Bugsy, over the Rainbow Bridge!!!   Simba leaves behind his Daddy and Mommy, Dennis and Barbara Ahern and many other family members and friends that include, John and Daniel Ahern, Pat, Brian, Tommy and Tyler Jordan, Billy, Renee, Gracie, Alex and Lucy and Raynor Britt, Jeanette, Rusty and Logan Hayden, Brittany Messer, Lisa Langston, Pam Parker, Kelly and Deanna Nicholson,  John and Jacqueline Ahern, Denise, Bill and Rachel Bull and Diane Ahern.  Our home is empty and our hearts are broken but we know that we gave Simba the very best life any fur baby could ask for.  Our love for Simba will continue as we know his love for us will as well.  R.I.P. our sweet buddy boy, Mommy and Daddy love and miss you so much!!!!  A private service will be held.
