Gibbs Benton

We brought our sweet Gibbs into our homes the winter of 2010, and 24 year old me could have never fathomed the love we would share for the next 14 years. It was love at first sight for his grandparents, Bobby and Gloria, who spoiled Gibbs beyond my wildest dreams. 

Gibbs' cuddling skills were unmatched, and he welcomed his family as well as many a foster pup to scooch up with him for a nap. 

He was a bottomless pit who never turned down a snack, and with his precious face, he was never turned down for one. 

Gibbs left us unexpectedly, but was gracious enough to leave on his own terms in his own bed, and for that we are forever grateful. He displayed unconditional love until his last breath, and he's left us all with permanent holes in our hearts. 

Until we meet again, I love you my sweet boy.
